This quest opens the first annexed land so that you can start building resource buildings. To complete the quest simply follow the steps in the guide. You will witness a short battle between your newly acquired troops and 50 spearmen. You will win as this is one of the first quests in the main story line. Once you have seized the annexed lands you can start building resources and putting troops into your tent.
